What type of payment options do you have and will you work with my insurance?

Keep in mind that you are responsible for all charges incurred.  We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express, cash and checks.

We accept all PPO plans including MetLife, Delta Dental, and Cigna. As a courtesy, we’ll file your insurance claim whether we’re in your network or not. Check with your insurance to see their precise coverage for treatment, and as a courtesy we will file that claim for you.

We are also pleased to offer CareCredit, the leader in patient/client financing. They have helped more than 3 million patients get the treatment and procedures they’ve needed. CareCredit has a comprehensive range of plan options, for treatment or procedure fees from $1 to over $25,000, and they offer low monthly payments to fit comfortably into almost every budget.

With CareCredit you can finance 100 percent of your dental care and there are no up front costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties.

How much will my treatment cost?

After your visit with either Dr. Afkami or Dr. Chang, a treatment plan will be drawn up that will meet your dental needs. Esmeralda, our financial manager will then be able to give you a breakdown of the treatment cost and the order in which the treatment will be accomplished.  If you have dental insurance we will also be able to give you an estimated cost for each visit.  We will then file your insurance claim as a convenience for you after your treatment or we’ll pre-authorize for treatment where needed.
